Indemnification
The user agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Mustard Café restaurants, Mustard Franchise Corporation, and its affiliated companies and business partners, employees, agents, and franchisees from and against all claims, losses, expenses, legal fees, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), that may arise from your use of this site or content.
Resolution of Disputes
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between users and Mustard Café restaurants/Mustard Franchise Corporation. In the event of any legal action instituted under this agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover all costs incurred, including reasonable attorney fees and expenses, in addition to any other judgment granted. This agreement is construed to be in accordance with, and shall be governed by, the laws of the State of California, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any and all disputes.
